First voluntary 2025 Sustainability Report published
Dear Stakeholders,
We are pleased to present the first Sustainability Report of G. Candiani S.r.l., a significant milestone in a journey that, although already embedded in our corporate practices for some time, is now being expressed in a more structured and conscious manner.
Our company operates in a context where quality, innovation and customer focus are key distinguishing features. Against this backdrop, we believe it is increasingly important to integrate sustainability principles into our activities, recognising the responsibility of businesses to generate not only economic value, but also environmental and social value.
This Report has been prepared with the aim of transparently sharing our approach, the actions we have undertaken and our future commitments, while providing an overall view of the path we are building. For us, sustainability is an evolving element of our business model, capable of strengthening the company’s resilience and responding to the expectations of customers, partners and the local community.
Although we are not subject to mandatory sustainability reporting requirements, we have voluntarily chosen to embark on this journey by adopting a structured approach that is progressively aligned with recognised best practices. Dialogue with our stakeholders is an integral part of this process and provides continuous encouragement for improvement.
This first Report represents a starting point for us: a tool for strengthening internal awareness, enhancing transparency and contributing to the creation of sustainable value over the long term.

The Company has prepared this Sustainability Report on a voluntary, standalone basis, covering the reporting period from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025. The document has been prepared in accordance with the VSME Standard – Option A, consistently with European Commission Recommendation (EU) 2025/1710.
